Return and Refund policy

You can return or replace:

  • If you received wrong or expired product,
  • If we send you incorrect product,

  • Physical damage of packaging cause of shipping damage improper handling by courier service.

You may return or replace your order inform us within 2 days from the date of delivery.Please send your request within 2 days from the date of delivery. We will not accept your requests, If return and replacement request made after 2 days from the date of delivery or delay to report your request within 2 days from the date of delivery. While submitting your report, we will enquire whether damage of product caused by courier service while shipping or leakage or any other conditions.

Proof of purchase is required for all returns.If product damaged, leakage proof as in video or image format. All products returned should be send back with the original packaging unless damaged or defect package. Once your return request has accepted we will refund your amount within 10 days.

Cancellations
